Hrvatski telekom is the leading telecommunications provider in Croatia providing fixed and mobile telephony, wholesale, internet and data services. They provide telecommunications services, design and construction of communications networks in Croatia. The Group also provides fixed telephone line service (access and traffic through fixed telephone lines and additional fixed network), Internet services including IPTV, data transmission services (lease of lines, Metro-Ethernet, IP / MPLS, ATM) and operates GSM and UMTS mobile telephone networks.
Hrvatski telekom was launching a new ICT business unit that aimed to connect and empower their extensive customer and vendor base. The unit operates in a completely different way than the rest of the Group, so they couldn’t manage their operations in existing business applications and solutions. They needed a competent team and a robust, flexible and open platform able to address their challenges.

The solution based on the Odoo framework was developed and implemented in 9 months. Additional development is provided in shorter sprints.
The project inspired us to create a unique solution blending the processes of customer discovery, sales management and project management including deliveries and billing. The activities of sales, technical and billing departments are streamlined and optimized through a specific set of process stages used as checkpoints and quality gates, providing greater value for the end customer.
Also, a company as big as Hrvatski telekom, needs to have strict and efficient credit management procedures to be able to control customer exposure – together, we developed a system that enabled them to standardize the process and reduce related risks.
A large organization can be challenging to understand. We needed to be fast and efficient but also very careful not to interfere in their core processes and operations.
The project itself helped us acquire new customers. Their support gave us market recognition.
