APEX is a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) specialized for managing all aspects of a production process and enabling complete traceability from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished goods. Key features include:

 

  • Multi language support for managing more organizational units within one database
  • Management of users, user groups and user rights
  • Management of employees and employee organizational structure
  • Design, creation and management of LOT labels
  • Management of scanning terminals and network printers
  • Management of warehouses and warehouse locations
  • Management of production orders, work centers and operations
  • Management of LOT-s, date of expiration of LOT-s
  • Packaging, creating and/or accepting LOT numbers on input
  • All types of warehouse transfers (including communication with an existing ERP)
  • Integration with PLC devices on manufacturing machines
  • Detailed equipment effectiveness reports (OEE)
  • Detailed operations effectiveness reports (OOE)

Integration with various types of specific production machines and production lines through a two-way communication with PLCs
Development of a highly specific solution for management of paintshop production lines
